it was a cloudy day. We went to the supermarket to get some minced meat: I wanted to make meatballs (originally I was planning on preparing them Mexican style, but ended up cooking Swedish meatballs) for dinner.
We had yakisoba for lunch. I left the uncooked meatballs in the fridge and went to the park. I took pictures of roses.
Back home, I watched better call Saul while drinking coffee (with donuts and poem cake). Around 6 o’clock I started frying the meatballs before putting them in the oven (15 minutes at 200 C). The white sauce was really good, too.
