last Sunday I spent the day with the family. I got to hold a cute baby for a little while. I don't know how to say nice things about my country so I tried to maintain the conversation focused on what I find interesting about Japan as much as possible. That is also a topic that is very popular with almost anyone.
but so much socializing really drains my batteries. we went back home and had some unagi (second time I have it and this time I liked it better).
I'm thinking of maybe taking this week's Friday off (I have almost 20 vacation days accumulated and if I don't use some by next year they'll be gone)
I went to Shinbashi today. really nice weather, too. we had dinner, then walked all the way up to Ginza (which is very close).
